When are HOA fees due?

The 2022 Annual Assessment (POA fees) are due January 1, 2022.

How much are they?

The assessment is $800 for each homeowner.  There are two payment options for payment of POA fees.

  • OPTION 1:  Pay $700 between January 1 thru March 31, 2022, for $100.00 discount.

  • OPTION 2:  Pay $800 on April 1, 2022 or later - the homeowner is not eligible to receive the $100 discount.

  • Note:  Late fees and interest will begin effective July 1, 2022 for unpaid POA Fees.

Please note, if your full-payment is received May 1, 2022 or later, you will be charged a 10% late fee and 10% interest per annum. Please contact Heritage Properties for additional information or questions.  Heritage Homeowner Solution Center can be reached at (770) 451-8171.

Ways to Pay Your Bill –

  • LOCKBOX - Majority of the homeowner payments are paid via a check or money order mailed to a BB&T lockbox.  This payment method requires a coupon (not just the Bill Pay number on a check).   If no coupon is present, BB&T sends the payment to our office which will cause a delay.  We upload a payment file created by BB&T each morning for monies received the prior day.  Payments are mailed to the following address as noted on your coupon:

BB&T Association Services

P O Box 628207

Orlando, FL 32862-8207

Payee (Association Name):         Barrington Trace HOA, Inc.

Bill Pay Account Number:           15011669751

Payee Address:                              PO Box 628207, Orlando, FL  32862-8207

Payee Phone Number:                 (888) 722-6669

  • BB&T Bank – Homeowners can drop off their payments at any local branch but again they must have the coupon as the payments are sent to the lockbox.

  • Mail to Office – Homeowners can mail their payments to the office.  We manually scan their checks into the Paylease system.  It is slower and takes more time.

  • Dropbox at Office Door - Homeowners can drop their payments off (check or money order, no cash) in the mail box next to our office door.  We manually scan their checks into the Paylease system.  It is slower and takes more time.

  • Bill Pay Method through your bank - With this process the homeowner is initiating payment from their bank to be sent to Truist.  When using an electronic bill pay service use the Truist Lockbox address as the payment address. The payee should be your association name, not Heritage Property Management. You must include your account number listed as the Bill Pay Account Number from your coupon or billing statement.

  • Truist Auto-draft – This method is set up between the homeowner and Truist.  With Auto Debit (Association Pay), your association dues are automatically deducted from your bank account on the 3RD workday.  The enrollment form for association pay can be found on Truist's website or in your coupon booklet. Complete this form and send it to the address indicated on the form. Continue to make your payments until you have been notified in writing by BB&T when your automatic payment will start.

  • Paylease – We have partnered with a third-party payment processing company that will accept credit cards and electronic payments for a processing fee ($3.95 standard fee for e-check and normally about a 3.5% charge for credit card payments).  We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.  This file is also uploaded each morning for payments received the prior day.  The Vantaca account number has already been provided on the system.  The Bill Pay account number is not required.

If you have difficulty logging on, you will need to your personal account.   Email and provide them with your Barrington Trace address and they can provide you with your security key.
