POA Annual Fee
Annual POA fees for 2026 are due on January 2, 2026, and will be considered late after May 1, 2026. Amenity keys will be distributed on or about February 20, 2026, to homeowners who are current on their 2026 fees. Fees must be paid by February 20, 2026, to remain eligible to rent the Clubhouse.
The assessments may be paid in a number of ways: Online, via postal mail, or in person at the Heritage office.

*This method requires a coupon. Please include your remittance coupon/statement with your payment in the provided window envelope to ensure your payment is correctly addressed and processed.

The annual fee is $850 for each homeowner.
There are two payment options for payment of POA fees.
​
Option 1: Pay $750 between January 2 through March 31, 2026, for a $100.00 discount.
Option 2: Pay $850 on April 1, 2026 or later - the homeowner is not eligible to receive the $100 discount.

Note: Late fees and interest will begin effective May 1, 2026 for unpaid POA fees.
All accounts that pay the $750 early payment option, will receive the $100.00 discount credit to their accounts no later than April 1, 2026.
