POA Annual Fee

We hope this message finds you well. This is notification that your 2027 POA assessment is coming due. Homeowners who pay by March 31, 2027, will qualify for the $100 early-payment savings.

Payment Deadline

The deadline to qualify for the $100 savings is March 31, 2027. Payments received on or after April 1, 2027, will not qualify for the $100 savings and will be subject to the applicable late fees. Late fees include a 10% penalty and interest charge.

POA Amenity Keys

2027 Amenity Keys will be delivered in an envelope and placed in your mailbox. If you prefer not to have your key delivered in this manner, please notify the Board of Directors at barringtontrace.net@gmail.com.

Payment Options

POA assessments may be paid in several ways:

Please include your remittance coupon/statement with your payment in the provided window envelope to ensure your payment is correctly addressed and processed.

The annual fee is $850 for each homeowner.

There are two payment options for payment of POA fees.

2027 POA Assessment Payment Options

The annual 2027 POA assessment is $850 per homeowner.

Homeowners have two payment options:

Option 1 — Early Payment:
Pay $750 in full between January 1 and March 31, 2027. The $750 payment is the total amount due during the early-payment period and includes the $100 early-payment discount. No additional credit will be applied to the homeowner’s account.

Option 2 — Regular Payment:
Pay $850 in full on or after April 1, 2027. Payments made on or after April 1, 2027 are not eligible for the $100 early-payment discount.

Late Fees

Any 2027 POA assessment that remains unpaid after May 10, 2027 shall incur a late charge in the amount of Ten ($10.00) Dollars or Ten Percent (10%) of the amount due.

In summary:

January 1–March 31, 2027: $750 total amount due with the $100 early-payment discount.
April 1–April 30, 2027: $850 total amount due; the $100 early-payment discount does not apply.
May 10, 2027, and after: Any unpaid 2027 POA assessment will be subject to applicable late fees, including the 10% penalty and interest charge.
