Barrington Trace residents are invited to enjoy our clean, safe, and beautifully maintained community pool and clubhouse — perfect for relaxing with family or hosting special celebrations! Both facilities are available for resident reservations, and non-residents may use them when sponsored and authorized by a homeowner.

We offer single-day and multi-day clubhouse rentals for reunions, parties, and other gatherings. Residents current on their 2025 POA fees are eligible to reserve the clubhouse. To book your event, simply complete the Pool or Clubhouse Reservation Form.

Residents may also reserve the pool for special occasions. Please note that while the pool is reserved, other residents may still access it.
