Architectural Review Committee

The committee is responsible for reviewing and approving any proposed architectural changes or additions to the homes within the Barrington Trace community. This includes exterior modifications, such as changes to roofing, siding, windows, and doors, as well as any additions or renovations that alter the overall appearance of the home. The committee also enforces compliance with the community's architectural guidelines and design standards. These guidelines may include limitations on the use of certain building materials, color schemes, landscaping requirements, and other aesthetic considerations. The purpose of these guidelines is to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing community that reflects the original design intent of the development. In addition to reviewing and approving architectural changes, the committee may also be responsible for conducting regular inspections to ensure ongoing compliance with the community's architectural standards. They may address any violations or discrepancies and work with homeowners to rectify them.
