As one of the premier Homeowners Associations in the region, we take great pride in providing exceptional service to all of our members. One of our top priorities is ensuring that our residents with dogs have access to clean and safe areas to walk their pets. We have eight pet stations located throughout the neighborhood to help make keeping our community clean and free of pet waste as easy as possible. We also have a variety of other amenities to help enhance the lives of our residents, such as a swimming pool, playground, basketball and tennis courts.
Our community values the quality of its neighborhood and strives to offer the best living experience for all residents. The list of preferred vendors is a product of recommendations from the community and offers a selection of services to maintain and improve homes and properties. These vendors have been vetted and are trusted to offer quality services at reasonable prices, and residents can feel confident in their choice of vendors.
At Barrington Trace Property Owners Association, we believe in keeping our community safe and secure. One of our most effective tools is the Flock Camera system, which is designed to identify suspect vehicles entering or leaving the community. We encourage all our neighbors to register their vehicles with the system to help us in our efforts to maintain a safe environment where everyone feels secure.
